The THJA has hired a new Executive Director and now has a permanent office!

The THJA is moving its communication processes into the twenty first century. We are now on both facebook and twitter. Be sure to friend us, like our page and follow us on twitter @trilliumchamps for the most up to date information! Make sure you also fill in your current email address on your THJA/OEF membership to be on the emailing list.

The new division specs for 2013 are being finalized by the board of directors currently and will be posted and circulated in the next week or so. Be sure to check this year’s specs to make sure you are eligible for your chosen divisions.

The THJA is also undergoing an extensive governance review. Policies are currently being reviewed and updated to reflect the current state of the organization. The THJA board will need to vote to finalize everything, but look forward to these documents in April following the March AGM.

The THJA board has elected to tender the contract out for the 2014 Trillium Championship Show host facility. Bids will be accepted until January 31st of 2013 and the board will then begin the selection process. Facilities wishing to receive the tender document should contact the THJA office.
